This is one of the best times in the history of real estate to buy a house. For instance, there are a lot of Homes For Sale In Troy MI. It if you are looking in the southeastern Michigan area, Troy is a great place to start. I grew up in a city called Clawson that boarders Troy. Clawson is much smaller these days than it was back in the day. Clawson used to have a lot more people than Troy, but the housing boom has changed all of that. Troy has always been bigger area wise, but now they have 6 times as many people as they have started to use all of its land for development.
